The first thing to remember is that it is important to remember that the dark chocolate we consume is made in different ways depending on the type of chocolate, the country and so on.
Dark chocolates is rich in cocoa , and is relatively sugar free chocolates which is the most beneficial for health . Contrarily in comparison, white chocolate is not made of cocoa seeds, but rather cocoa butter.
